El departamento de recursos humanos tiene la funci\u00f3n de proporcionar apoyo estrat\u00e9gico a la alta gerencia y al personal en la tarea de lograr sus objetivos. Para poder llevar a cabo esta tarea deben a su vez tener objetivos claros.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Objetivos Fundamentales de la Administraci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los gerentes y los departamentos de recursos humanos deben plantearse metas claras y cuantificables para poder evaluar las acciones que llevan a cabo. De preferencia, est\u00e1n se deben expresar por escrito, por medio de documentos cuidadosamente preparados.<\/p>\n<p>Estos objetivos no solo expresan los prop\u00f3sitos e intenciones de la gerencia, sino que tambi\u00e9n deben tener en cuenta los desaf\u00edos que surgen en la organizaci\u00f3n, del \u00e1rea que administra el talento, y de los empleados que participan en el proceso.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Objetivos corporativos<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>El objetivo b\u00e1sico es contribuir al \u00e9xito de la empresa u organizaci\u00f3n, por medio de su incidencia en la estrategia corporativa, impulsar el uso optimo del talento humano y contribuir al \u00e9xito financiero, fomentar los valores organizaciones y la cultura de la empresa. La funci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n de los recursos humanos es solo una manera de apoyar la labor de los directivos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Objetivos funcionales<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Mantener la aportaci\u00f3n del departamento de recursos humanos en un nivel apropiado a las necesidades de la organizaci\u00f3n es una prioridad absoluta. Cuando la administraci\u00f3n del talento humano no se ajusta a las necesidades de la organizaci\u00f3n, se producen innecesarios desperdicios de recursos de todo tipo.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Objetivos sociales<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>El departamento de recursos humanos debe ser responsable, a nivel \u00e9tico y social, de los desaf\u00edos que presenta la sociedad en general, y reducir lo m\u00e1s que pueda los roces o tensiones que esta pueda ejercer sobre la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Objetivos personales<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>El departamento de recursos humanos debe tener presente que cada uno de los integrantes de la empresa u organizaci\u00f3n quiere lograr ciertas metas personales; por lo que una de las funciones es facilitar el logro de dichas aspiraciones.
